Beloveds,

Blessings on this beautiful day. Today we are here with a message of hope. We see many of you swimming in the sea of life. Some of you are being swept out into the waves and enjoying the movement...as long as you continue to dance with the water and feel the flow you float on the sea being carried by the current. As you are moved you are swept to just the perfect place...You are amazed at the synchronicities. You are meeting amazing people, being given fabulous opportunities. You have learned to let go of the ego desires, beliefs, illusions. You have learned to surrender to the Divine Flow of the Universe. You have learned to stay present, living in the NOW.

Yet, some of you beautiful beings of Love and Light are not feeling in the flow. Fear has you flailing in the sea of life. Fear and illusion has you trapped in your desire to control the flow. But we ask you, "Can you really control the sea?" You are exhausting yourself with your efforts. We encourage you to let go! Let go of the need to control. Let go of the way things should be. Let go of the need for retribution. Let go of the manipulation and desire for your way.

We laugh on this side of the veil. We are striving so hard for your way thinking you know best. Trying to get your way. Not realizing that all this struggle is not the way the Divine Blueprint was to work. Struggle is not necessary with Flow. For those two things are contradictory. Struggle drains your energy and leaves you lifeless. Flow energizes you from the fullness of Life that is carrying you. So flow dear ones!

Let the Eternal carry you. Take action when the opportunities present themselves. You do not have to "make" opportunities happen. Follow the desires of your heart. They will carry you to places you cannot dream of. Give yourself daily to joy, to bliss.

In this way you love yourself. In this way you connect to universal love and feel supported by the Divine and the All That Is.

Many of us from the angelic realm look upon you and see wariness. We see the inner experience that you are experiencing--the experience of feeling exhausted--from the lessons that you have been walking through. Yet you are holding on to the LIGHT. You are feeling that changes are coming. You are dedicating yourself to the energies which are flowing rapidly to move you into new areas.

This is true. This is real. You are being given (rather giving yourselves) new possibilities, new opportunities.

Now more than ever you are being called into opportunities to create synergistic partnerships which will support you in creating new and/or larger platforms of people for you to serve! The openings you have desired are ready to meet your direction action! When this happens your energetic efforts will propel you further than ever imagined...in a shorter amount of time.

Many of you are giving up old ways of making a living...finding new ways to pursue your passions. There is a massive shift that is occurring in the world. People are moving out of the old and into new places. These shifts are creating places for YOU! You are going into places where your vibration is necessary! Yet these places are also rewards for your willingness to be of service to the Light.

Your graciousness in receiving these gifts should be received with heartfelt gratitude. This space of gratitude is really an opening for the universe to bless you with even more! So feel the wonder of all you are receiving....

Beloveds,

The movement has begun. Many of you have been waiting for the energies to shift so that you could step into your own power and your place in the leadership as the new earth is being born. We are here to say to you that the time is now. There is no more waiting. It is time to wear your cloaks of power and confidence and step fully into the present. The gates are open and NOW is the time for you to play your part in the great shift that is occurring.

We see your hearts...we know your desires. There are those that are plugging into the law of attraction, others into soul aligned business, others into saving the earth, others into consciousness teachers. All of this advances the consciousness of the planet. All of this serves the soul and the souls on the planet. Yet, we want to remind you that NONE of it is more important than your own connection with Source.

As you are serving the planet, do not forget that your primary focus must not be on the doing, but rather on your relationship with the Divine. Your love affair with Source and ultimately yourself is the reason you are here. It is because of this great connection with the All That IS is the reason you have awakened into a greater sense of sharing/offering in the world. Yet, your mission will be empty if you do not set your relationship with Source as primary!

Beloveds,

There is much confusion in your world. Companies are declaring bankruptcy and many of you are impacted by the economic conditions. You are having the opportunity to examine how you have misplaced your values and your priorities. How have you used your energy?

Have you used your energy to invest in things that are temporary or those that are lasting?

We pass no judgment. But we invite you to look at how you have invested your time and energy. Are you feeling a sense of fulfillment as all falls away? For a sense of peace within your being as you go through shifts is a sign that you have invested in the soul, not the world.

We are not suggesting that you cannot be prosperous and abundant and enjoy the riches of this world...What we are suggesting is that you cause yourself pain when you are attached to these things and if they fall away, you move into a space of fear. This is an indication of your values, your priorities.

We encourage you to focus on the NOW....to breathe, to allow, to become the observer of yourself. Allow yourself to be where you are! Feel into that feeling and surrender to it!

If you are feeling fear, let it come up so that you can take a long hard look at it! In this way you give your soul a chance to respond and correct this fear which will align it back into Light.

Beauty is what we see within you. Beauty of the Light you carry. Beauty is in your heart. Beauty is what you create.

When you close yourself off to the Light, you cut off the ability to create Beauty and instead you receive chaos. In the reality you call life, many of you grew up in families in which chaos was considered normal. Now as you have grown up you continue to create lives of chaos!

When life seems boring you look for ways to excite your life. You seem to be fed by stirring up situations that bring out the stimulation you crave. You lack the ability to be grateful for the peace within. Your addiction to the chaos drowns out the Beauty you could create.

We ask you today to examine how you might bring more Peace, more Beauty in your life.

Beauty is a by-product of the Light. Yet, you withhold it from yourself. We invite you to welcome beauty into your life. Welcome the opportunity to see life from a set of eyes that see only love. As you read this we are offering you the opportunity to be downloaded with an energy that will assist you in aligning with Beauty. First you must recognize what Beauty is! When you are fully present you let go of all those ideas and instead come into the fullness of NOW! When you are fully present you are fully connected to the Source that is within you.

It is simple isn't it? This one ability keeps you attached to the physical. Breath connects you to the body and when it ceases you join us!

Honor your breath. Honor that this connection allows you to be a spiritual being with a body.

As you breath and breath deeply and slowly, connect to your body and ground yourself in the physical plane. It is through the breath you are quickly able to connect with your Divinity and be fully present in the totality of your I AM presence.

You can then take this feeling of joy, of love, of completeness, of peace, of wholeness, of abundance into next moments of your life.

This requires that you know this about yourself.

Today you are asked~how would you like to manifest your Glory? Contemplate. Sit with it. Inhale it. Release any doubt about your Glory and bring into your being the joy of whatever you would like to express in your Glory....

New Year's Resolutions: The Two Lists

I was fortunate to spend time with an enigmatic man named Robert during a very special period of my life. Robert taught me many things during our days together, and this time of year reminds me of one particular interaction we had.

"Now that you are becoming more aware," Robert said, "you need to begin to set goals for yourself so you don't lose the momentum you have built."

"Like New Year's resolutions?" I asked.

"That's an interesting idea," he smirked. "Let's do that."

By then I was used to his cryptic responses, so I knew something was up because of the way his eyes sparkled as he let out an impish laugh.

"Tonight's assignment is to make two lists," Robert continued. "The first is a list of all the New Year's resolutions you WANT to keep, and the second is a list of all the New Year's resolutions you WILL keep. Write the WANT List first, and when you have exhausted all of your ideas, then write the second list on another sheet of paper."

That night I went home and spent several hours working on the two lists. The WANT List felt overwhelming at first, but after a while I got into writing all the things I had always wanted to do if the burdens of life hadn't gotten in the way. After nearly an hour, the list swelled to fill the entire page and contained nearly all of my ideas of an ideal life. The second list was much easier, and I was able to quickly commit ten practical resolutions that I felt would be both realistic and helpful.

The next day, I met Robert in front of the local food Co-op, where we seemed to have most of our enlightening conversations. "Tell me about your two lists," Robert said as the familiar smirk crept onto his face.

"The first list contains all the things I SHOULD do if I completely changed my life to be the person I always wanted to be. And the second list contains all the things I COULD do by accepting my current life, and taking realistic steps towards the life I want to lead."

"Let me see the second list," he said.

I handed him the second list, and without even looking at it, he ripped the paper into tiny pieces and threw it in the nearby garbage can. His disregard for the effort I had put into the list annoyed me at first, but after I calmed down I began to think about the first list in a different light. In my heart, I knew the second list was a cop out, and the first list was the only one that really mattered.

"And now, the first list." Robert bowed his head and held out both of his hands.

I purposefully handed him the first list and held his gaze for several seconds, waiting for him to begin reading the page. After an unusually long silence, he began to crumple the paper into a ball and once again tossed it into the can without looking at it.

"What did you do that for?!" I couldn't hide my anger any longer.

Robert began to speak in a quiet and assured voice. "What you SHOULD or COULD do with your life no longer matters. The only thing that matters, from this day forward, is what you MUST do."

He then drew a folded piece of paper from his back pocket and handed it to me.

I opened it carefully, and found a single word floating in the middle of the white page:

"Love."

Create the New Year ----intentionally!

You may not know this, but New Year's is my FAVORITE holiday. I know it is crazy, but I love it! The new energy that pours forth is like a blanket of fresh fallen snow...It is a fresh beginning.

I like endings and new beginnings. When I was a teacher I often thought how blessed I was to get so many fresh starts each year. I saw the dynamics of how we often rest on our laurels when beginning something new and then dig holes for ourselves to get out of! I saw rescuers jumping into save those drowning in their poor choices. I saw the self-righteous who refused to bend and meet someone half-way. I watched those feeling overwhelmed by the circumstances they had created one to many times.

I saw the way people compensate for their short-coming. I saw the poor coping strategies many of us had developed. I watched how we are all capable of developing better strategies to deal w/ the situations that we create!

I saw how friends can turn-on one another...I saw the dedication of truly committed friends/family to one another. I saw support in motion....

I saw those that made each moment counted and followed through consistently on commitments. I saw the stress of those choices and the rewards.

I saw myself in each person, in each scenario, in each choice.

All I know for myself....the energy is like a fresh snow----the question is, "What will you do with it?" It is your choice!

I say---Don't walk---RUN! PLAY! Do what you love! We only have one chance! Take yours this new year!

The FEAR Monster

Presently many of my clients are experiencing fear and stress around the failing financial structures! They are wondering if life is unfolding in Divine Order and are struggling with the monster I call FEAR!

As a child, I used to be afraid that monsters were hiding in the closet and under the bed! I would hide under the covers. I would call-in my parents to check. I would know with certainty that evil lurked in the dark and when the lights went back out that those monsters would reappear in the shadows of my room!

Fear is like that monster. We know that monsters don’t really exist and yet, the FEAR Monster is haunting society today and wreaking havoc EVERYWHERE! Where are the MONSTER BUSTERS?

We are each called to slay our own monsters! Whether we are afraid because of finances, partnership, family, love, career or health, our monsters are scary and the tendency is to hide, to run, and/or to deny its existence!

Busting our monsters may need to come in the form of personal power. Standing up to the monster and confronting what the monster is there to teach us! Yet, that is required…to be present and feel that fear and trust that we are not going to be devoured by our emotional body! But that requires trust and surrender! Surrendering to the knowledge that we are more powerful than what we are running from!

Surrender can be scary to most of us! We perceive we are surrendering to the monster and feelings of annihilation surface. Surrender can feel like we are waving the white flag and giving up, giving into something that has the power to consume us! Or we can perceive it as failure or as feeling out of control. Or as powerlessness! Our egos, our minds would prefer that we control life and our circumstances. Our egos cause us to respond in need of self-protection, out of fear!

Many times we try to control the situation---how many of us slept with the light on so the monsters would go away? Did the light on really keep the monsters away? Were we really in control with the lights on? Were we really in our power or trying to waylay our fear when we called turned on the lights or called our parents? Control is an illusionary state. How many times have you divined to act in a certain way or say a certain thing to manipulate the situation to get the outcome you wanted? Or have you even given up control to please others?

Today won’t you ask yourself, “What FEAR monster am I running from?” “What false belief am I clinging to?” Sometimes the tighter that we cling to outcomes, the greater the stirring in the universe to shatter our illusions that we can dictate the outcome of our lives!

Control is a type of resistance. Control shuts down our energy field it restricts, tightens our auras! We are not meant to live in this state…We are meant to be EXPANSIVE. We are meant to live in our Greatness. I am not talking about ego-driven greatness, but from the Divine Connection that comes from our heart and the love that we are! It is within this heart space we connect with our Divine Truth and offer our lives to others. It is in this space that there is no attack and no separation! There is nothing to defend and nothing to control, for all is unfolding in divine order.

Remember the movie “Monsters, Inc.”? Boo loved Sulley. It was her love and trust that transformed the Fear Factory.

Does this mean that the FEAR Monster will ever leave completely and that we will never have feelings of separation or doubt or fear or failure? Of course not. But it does mean that in these moments we meet ourselves with loving kindness. No judgment. Allow yourself to be blameless and look beneath the action or reaction to see what precipitated your response. For this is the place where true healing can occur!

We are all being called to be Boo and to live with more conscious awareness--to be fully present in each moment and align with the Divine Consciousness. We are asked to align with our passions and to live purposefully. For it is with boredom that we become complacent and apathetic and thusly, slip into unconsciousness.

The Monsters in Monsters, Inc transformed when they looked at how they were using their power to fulfill the needs of the community! Presently, the Universe is asking us to look at the way we direct our power and accept full responsibility that we consciously co-create our life!

So fulfill the needs in your life with your Divine Heart energy and lovingly connect with love and light that you are! The Fear Monster cannot reside within this space of LOVE!

That which is meant to be yours will come to you. Just as those of you who are aligned with the highest good will eventually experience your highest ideal, so shall your daily needs be met. This prayer helps release our lower minds, our egos and feelings of injury or injustice. It then affirms your
Truth and aligns you with Source. The prayer is for healing for yourself, others and the Earth. The pray
helps open you to your own awakening and protects you. As you are learning it, you are suggested to do it
in the morning and evening for 40 days. You are welcome to change the prayer to adapt it. Gratitude #9
claims that it is SO---add health, abundance.

1. I release all of my past to the Light.
Repeat and replace the phrase “my past” with each of the following:
(my negative thoughts, my fears, my blocks, all human relationships, my self-
image, inner critic, my image of others, my future, my communication, my will,
my mind, all resistance, my human wants and desires, my addictions, my

For those new to the newsletter (and welcome everyone!) I work with a group of guides who call themselves, “The Power of Nine.” They tell me that they work with me to teach “empowerment to those I love.” Hence, I call you all my Beloveds!

I have been asked by the Group to bring forth a message to you. Zenthea is stepping forth to bring this month’s message.

Beloveds,

It is I Zenthea…Goddess of Oneness. For I teach and instruct this channel and through her, all of you how to leave your lower self and align and live from your Higher Self. It is in this energy that you recognize the interconnectedness of all of you, of all life.

Some who read this newsletter have not yet experienced the loving guidance of the Group of Nine…consciously or unconsciously. Some who read this newsletter are stuck in the old ways of shifting out of paradigms. You think you do this through talking and crying. You think you do this by using your mind to determine the steps, the “how,” like there is a magic formula that you can figure out!

I am here today to tell you that there is nothing to figure out! You make it so hard. You are love. You are Light. You are perfection already. All you must do is BE that perfection. Live that. Don’t forget that!

If you find you do, simply let that false belief go. There are new energies on the planet that help you do that in minutes. This is what we have taught this channel and made available to you---through her. You can learn to do this yourself. There is no need to live in pain, fear, sorrow, shame, guilt or blame. There is no room for that in within your perfection! For you already are that which you seek!

I say to you, “Stop seeking.” Release what keeps you from JOY! Truly, the time has come on your planet for those who call yourselves Lightworkers to live fully in JOY! Anything less is denying you, robbing you of all you came to experience. And the truth is no one is robbing you of this JOY, but you!

Oh, those minds are now churning…I can feel them and see them. They are trying to figure out how this can be so. How can I achieve this? They are trying to come up again with the magic formula. Some are now resisting such an idea. Some are trying to justify why this is impossibility in their own life at this time! I say part of your divine nature is JOY! Why do you choose not to express it in all that you do….for it is a choice!

Your very Beingness is JOY! It is one of the 3 highest vibratations on the planet: love, gratitude and JOY! Don’t these three words represent the fullness in life? Don’t you feel the wonder of life when you are in these energies? Can you not create masterpieces of friendships, of service, of celebration when you are in the energies of these vibrations?

Delight, Beloveds, in your life! Let go of those beliefs, patterns, fears, frustrations, and any lack that keeps you from your JOY! Celebrate your friends who are the forerunners and ahead of you on the path. Don’t think that I do not see some of you who envy your brothers and sisters single-mindedness in their quest for Oneness. I say this is the wrong way to look at why you have drawn these forerunners into your life. Their presence creates a tension in your life. This tension causes you to look at that which you would like to gloss over and to not go deeper within to see. But you call in this Beloved out of curiosity, out of reverence. This person is holding the vibration that you desire to move to…but often you can’t move, you won’t move.

This is resistance! Sometimes jealousy is in the way. Sometimes you block the path with excuses---time, money, or other priorities. Sometimes you can’t be humble and admit you have anything to gain from THAT person! Oh yes, I see the judgments. That is one of the biggest stumbling blocks you have in this journey! Oh how they keep you from your Light! Oh how they keep you separate.

You call to us---your guides---and cry that life is not working. You call asking for help and then resist the help that is brought to you. Why not reach out to those that have been sent? Humble yourselves. Ask for help. Trust that when you go to another with an open heart you will be received in love. What you need is available. You no longer have to suffer. Won’t you join the forerunners in healing? Won’t you accept their help?

So I leave you asking yourself, “What help is being sent my way that I am not seeing or receiving?”

Beloveds,

I have heard your questions and I am stepping forth in love to respond. My name is Rauthma. I teach empowerment through support for Oneness.

So you have asked, why do you call the group the Power of Nine? Beloveds, nine is the number of completion. If you are reading this newsletter you are one of the souls stepping forth on the planet to heal yourself so that you can feel at one with all of life. You are one that is here now to complete yourself….to journey back to Beingness, Oneness, Pure Consciousness….to live in walking meditation with the All That Is.

What does it mean to complete yourself? In truth, Beloved, you are already complete, whole, perfect. But in this realm of physicality, you have forgotten the truth of your being. You are asleep and now is the time you are being asked to wake-up. Some of you are too attached to your dream-state. Thinking the illusion of your life is too precious…you resist growth and change because you are too attached to that which you have created. Yes, on one level your life is working. Yet, you know you are not completely fulfilled. You bargain---“Promise me that I will not have to leave my job, my marriage, or that _______ (fill-in the blank) will not happen if I make the journey to Oneness.”

You ask us to help you be at peace, to be connected to Source, to feel love. Then when we bring these experiences to you…you refuse to change. Yet, the blueprint of your life’s plan has clearly delineanated that you will work towards fulfilling certain promises to God. When you get entrenched in resisting certain changes because you fear that you will have to make decisions that require more strength or courage than you think you have, you call in a “boulder” or “bolder” lesson. You call in an experience that feels like you are being hit on the head with a boulder. But the truth is that you are being called on to be “bolder” than you thought you could ever be! You are called to be a bolder expression of your truth, your beauty, your love, your strength and courage. You are being called to express yourself more boldly and in ways that you had been denying yourself.

Have you ever seen a child that is not living up to his/her brilliance? One who puts himself down or feels less than? Is your heart not draw to lovingly assist this Being to remember his/her truth? Wouldn’t you love to bring in life experiences that encourage the child’s natural gifts and talents? Wouldn’t you love to assist this child in seeing his or her goodness?

We, the spiritual hierarchy, operate in this same manner. Bringing forth opportunities for you to live your brilliance. You can chose it and pursue it; or because of the contracts you made prior to arriving in the earth-plane, you call forth experiences that assist your spiritual evolution.

Children are being born today with full remembrance of who they are. They are still children and need guidance and security, but you--their role models--are not waking up to guide them from a place of higher consciousness. The paradigm of parent-child needs to shift. You must develop a consciousness that you both play the role of teacher/student. For these children hold great wisdom. They hold truth.

Is there a child in your life that would benefit from your time and attention? Is there a way for you to share more of yourself with a child? If not, consider volunteering. The children of the planet need conscious adults; and moreover, the conscious adults of the planet need the children! They will awaken your courage, your bravery, your inner knowingness.

As you interact with the children observe yourself. See how you nurture and encourage them. See how you guide and direct them. Know that as you are in this space of loving assistance, this is how your team of angelic assistance works with you---encouraging you and guiding you.

We know, Beloved, that the circumstances you find yourself in are sometimes challenging, yet you kick and scream and fight what you should be learning and experiencing. Let go of the need to control. Relax. Let go of the resistance. Surrender to the River of Yes. As long as you are resisting you are prolonging the lesson. You cannot resist and glean all that the experience is that has been brought to you.

When you resist, you are playing the role of God. You are judging whether this experience is right for you! Instead ask, “Why have drawn this to me?” “What do I need to heal so that I can see it in another way?” Call forth your power. Call forth your courage. Do not play less than that you are! Remember, instead, to align your energy with Source. Plug into the Infinite and allow your beauty, your strength, and your courage to shine.

You are not alone. The spiritual realm is always with you, loving you. You should not be alone on the physical plane either. For a moment shut your eyes and allow yourself to be in your body in the space that you occupy. Then imagine energetic lines (like fishing wires) extending from your body. Send through these energetic lines, requests for support and companionship. Your request can be specific in your request or generic. Create a space within yourself for these requests to be granted. For where there is a void, something will come in to fill that space. Now feel in your body the feeling of being whole and complete as your request is now filled. Your order has been made and will be delivered momentarily. You can live in a space of excitement knowing that your request is going to be granted in unexpected ways!

Be peace dear one! Be peace! Know that you are loved and never alone. We wrap our arms of love around you. Feel the warmth of our presence as you journey forth. Blessings.

Beloveds,

My name is Rauthma. I teach empowerment through support for Oneness. Today I bring forth a message of hope, of joy, of beauty, of simplicity.

I want to speak to you about struggle and the energy of struggle. Dear one, this is of the old paradigm and no longer of value to you in the space you are living in today. No longer is there anything you have to be or become or make happen. There is no longer the need for “blood, sweat, and tears.” No, this is the old masculine energy.

For now the Divine Feminine energies are flooding your planet bringing to you new ways of creation. The idea that thoughts are things is no longer new to you. All you must do to create your reality is to see what it is you want and see yourself in joy. Then continue to hold the space for the creation of this concept in your reality. Say you are grateful for this unfolding in your life. Then this desire begins to make it’s way to you.

You are awakening to the fact that you are a conscious co-creator with the Universe. You are being asked to be conscious in each moment of your life. It is as simple as knowing at each given moment what you want to create, being aware of how you are feeling, releasing anything that does not resonate with the Divine, aligning yourself with Higher Consciousness and continuing to hold space for the All That Is to make manifest what you desire. For the resources of the Universe are at your disposal when you are living on purpose willing to fulfill your soul’s mission.

Decide now what you want. Think into the Mind of God. Command what you want. Feel how you feel that this is happening. With all the gratitude you have, say thank-you. Be infused with enthusiasm that this is so and continue to hold in your consciousness that this is a reality for you now. Because even as you are continuing to feel joy, the Universe is making arrangements for this to be made manifest in your reality.

As the channel is fond of saying, “The how it comes to you is none of your business.” This is the job of the Universe. Yours is to be conscious of the opportunities when they arrive and to enJOY what you have manifested. Things can flow effortless to you! It will take effort to use the resources that are coming to you. The Universe cannot do everything for you, but the unfolding is easy, not difficult. You therefore get to expend your energy in ways that you enJOY. Your work feels like PLAY and you delight in what is being made manifest, instead of spending your energy in struggle to “make” your desires come true. You get to live in expectancy. You get the thrill of seeing the amazing ways the Universe brings your DREAMS to YOU!

As your life unfolds this way, your faith, your trust, your security in the InfiniteUniverse expands. Your connection with Source is strengthened. So make your Dreams as Reality. Then open your arms to receive; open your eyes to the opportunities that are presenting themselves to you. Then act on these opportunities!

Joy to you!

Presently in many of your spaces you are in the process of transmuting ideas and behaviors that have limited your choices. From our perspective this looks like a tremendous time of growth! A time to release. This release is important for it is an opportunity for you to have a cosmic “do-over.” If you review yourself and do not like what you are seeing in the mirror, you now have the chance to rewrite those things and try again.

However, we see you experiencing the anger towards yourself for what you have done...as the channel says, “Beating yourself up.” For some of you, you are angry at Source. How could this be your life?

Some of you find that people from your past are cropping up again to explore possibilities for partnership, exploring whether doors are open or closed...trying to find fulfillment in you to make up the lack within their lives and this is confusing.

Still others feel rendered helpless to right the perceived injustices in situations and are struggling with what to do with the pent-up emotions that this causes.

I am here to say that none of you are to be alone! None of you are meant to deal with these challenges by yourself. During the month of December, new energies will be flooding the planet that support communities of Lightworkers. It is a great time for the planet as you will be forming new groups to support your purposes and missions. Or groups you are now participating in will be infused with Light that will bring more cohesion and exponentially further your growth.

Please listen, Creator, will no longer support your feelings of being alone. For these energies are needing to leave the planet. For you must know that connection is the only truth that matters! You are now and have always been connected to Source. You must no longer feel disconnected with Source or each other.

Each time you disconnect with someone you are disallowing them to serve their purpose in your life. You are stagnating your growth and the growth of the planet. It is time for these bonds to deepen and grow.

Each of you reading this today are being given a special dispensation of energy...There is a pink ray infused with silver that is flooding into. This ray is designed to strength you bond to the All That Is and the All That Is within each one of you.

Know that you are presently finding your soul groups. You have been working apart, but now it is time to bond together to help. December awakens powerful changes for the world and many things will begin to shift in 2008 and 2009. It is now time for you to step forward assume the positions that you were called to do when you chose to reincarnate during this lifetime.

We celebrate your desire to return to the richness and the fullness of the Love from which you have come. We celebrate each time a false belief falls away that has kept you from knowing and seeing and experiencing the beauty of you! Nothing else is true, but your completeness and wholeness.

Oh we can see those of you who can't seem to make peace with this concept. "What? Am I not a wretched sinner? Am I not void of goodness?" Beloveds, it is time to give up self-loathing! God made you! Like creates like. God cannot make anything that is contrary to God. Therefore you are made up of all the goodness that is God. Everything else that you think you are is a false perception and keeps you from the fully embracing the magnificent you that God created!

Feel free to let these thoughts, patterns, behaviors fall away!

It is time to step into your power! It is time to embrace the fullness of life and the joy of living. It is time to offer all the beauty that is you as a service to manikind. We are here to love and support you on your journey.

Ask---and you shall be given all you need!

Breathe in the pink light of love. Wrap it around you as a shawl! Wear God's love-stretch it out. Let God's love enfold those around youl Use this love when you reach out your arms to minister to those around you! Be full of love and give from this space of wholeness.

Joy to you all.

We see that many of you have been carrying heavy burdens lately. You have been feeling weighted down....concerned about matters that occur on your earthly plane. Concerned about things you cannot resolve. You have been receiving opportunities to look at the things you are attached to.

Are you attached to your physical vessel (your body)? Are you attached to another being who seems to be going through a crisis? Are you attached to your thoughts about a situation? Are you attached to the way things are, the way you think things should be? Are you attached to a certain outcome? Some of you mistakingly want to control another’s destiny.

In these states of control, you cannot accept the wonder of NOW! How can you fully express the joy of this present moment if you sit in judgment of it? Until you accept the “Is”ness of the present situation you cannot accept the wonder and gift of why it is in your life!

Take a moment and close your eyes....breathe. Allow yourself to just take a moment to be in the silence of you! Notice your breath....Is is shallow or deep? Can you begin to deepen your breath? Now, notice your body. Are you tense? Can you begin to release any of the tension you feel? Is your mind chattering? Can you put the chatter to sleep for a few minutes? Notice how you are feeling. Are you afraid, angry, sad? Just be with your feelings. Own them....and watch them dissolve---just like the tension in your body....Do not attach to the feeling...just allow!

In this place of centeredness, Truth resides....your truth, God’s truth...In this place is vulnerability and what is real. What did you receive? Why don’t you share it? Don’t judge how it will be received. Don’t judge whether it is worth sharing. This Truth was given to you and like all Truth---it does not belong to you. The truth belongs to all life.

How can you share the Truth that has been reveal to you? How can you reveal the Truth for others? How can you honor this sacred space with you? As you honor your truth you will find that joy is yours now matter what the circumstances of this moment are!

Oh we see some of you----your mind starts to race..you can’t turn down the volume....Or as you do, it automatically turns up inside your head. You are still and you are quiet; yet your mind takes you to thoughts about your daily to-do list. Or your thoughts take you to the things you are trying to avoid. Pain, fear, desire to control. All are valuable and there to serve your Highest Good...Surrender to the feeling. Let go and feel.

Once you do, you will find it give way....release. Just breathe. Just BE!

Keep working with this process until there is nothing but space...nothing but the Beingness of Creator, Source energy!

As you are reading these words we are sending energy to you. Feel the energy surround you. Feel the warmth and the goodness. Let go of the struggle. Just be---

As the light cascades over you, you will experience waves of release. Waves of gentle energy soothing whatever burdens you are carrying. Just surrender them into the River of YES! As you become of aware your burden, say good-by and intend that the situation will be resolved in a way that nourishes and heals you.

Then just allow them to go...for we will carry them to resolve themselves in a way that is beneficial for you and all the others involved. This is the way of the Divine Feminine. Allow. Hold space for the highest good as you release.

Now the energies come in to help you realign with Divine Love. Knowing you are safe and protected and that ALL is in Divine Order. Bask in the truth of this for yourself. Bask in the radiance of the God/Goddess Energy that flows to and through you. Feel its radiance as you recognize this energy as your Divine Truth. Your Divine Heritage. Breathe it in. Love the energy. Love your Truth.

Just Be...as you are ready...no hurry...Imagine yourself moving forward to your next task, your next responsibility. See yourself moving with and as this Divine Energy. For this dispensation of energy can and will go with you. You can live as the expansiveness of your “I AM” presence. Intend that this be so and it is.

Power, Control, Survival

Feel the energies of these words...

Underlying these words is often the feeling of desperation.

Power, unless it comes from the heart, can be used to dominate and control. Many of us like to have power over people, things. As a society, we tend to respect those in power...sometimes we blindly give respect and trust to those we revere who have power.

Control is a false sense of being in charge of life, destiny, people, and situations. Attempting to control and manipulate is to play God. We build a house of cards and find out that it can come tumbling down. With the destruction of that house of cards goes our illusion that we are in control. Illnesses, betrayal by a spouse, loss of a job or relationship can blind side us and leave us afraid and alone.

These life traumas can shake us to the core of who we are. We are afraid that we are unlovable, destined to be alone. We feel worthless. There are moments in our life when we come face-to-face with the consequences of our choices---At times, these consequences can devastate us and leave us feeling desperate. Wondering how we will survive? Wondering how we can go on? Feeling alone. Afraid there is no way-out. Afraid there is no one to turn to.

Underlying the need to be in power, or the need to be in control, or afraid we won't survive, is FEAR! I see all these issues as a spiritual crisis.

A few years ago, I really struggled over the concept of power! What is it? How is it misused? Why did it not feel good to have power OVER someone?

Through much communication with the spiritual hierarchy, I realized that true power only comes through the correct use of our heart-energy---love! I want to be powerful because of my love. Can the interactions that I have affirm those I come in contact with? Can I be present in each moment of my life and can I really see and connect through my heart with those around me? Can I make each moment in my life count? Am I powerful enough to heal all that keeps me from being in my heart? Am I powerful enough to stand in the fire with those I am journeying through life with? Am I powerful enough to put aside my false self and those selfish wants, in order to claim all that Source has for me? Am I powerful enough to admit that I am not perfect and have faults and vulnerabilities? Am I powerful enough to accept help and support?

Control is another illusion of our false selves. Truly, when we buy into this illusion we become imprisoned by our fear and desires. For true freedom comes when we let go of the need to have it all planned out and work to manipulate life into what we think it should be. Letting go means surrendering, but to whom or what are we surrendering? Is our life view one of a safe world or dangerous one? How is our relationship to the Divine? As I have surrendered to the flow of life and followed what brings me joy, I have found life to be a wondrous amazing adventure!

My level of surrender has varied from time to time! A friend of mine, Nikita Gearing, told me a few years ago about what she surrenders to...The River of Yes which for me is the Infinite Source of all. At times as I surrender, I can only put my toes into the River. Cautiously, wondering if I will be safe...At times I am not afraid to ride the rapids. My job is to always release my resistance so that I can surrender to the Divine Flow of the River. For the River has Infinite Intelligence which will support me and take me to the people, circumstance and events in life that will serve my Highest Purpose. And I must say, it is a tremendous relief to give up CONTROL!!! I don't have the burden any longer to MAKE my life work. I get to play in creation-mode and do what brings me joy! I get to create my life and what I want and Source creates the how it will occur!!!

I see the primary concern over survival as a spiritual crisis also. Once again, this requires that I have the life view that as I work and align my energies with the Light and desire to be of loving service to the Light, that the Source makes available all the resources of the Universe to help me fulfill my purpose.

This month as you examine your life, know that I send each of you love and light. If you desire a partner to assist you in opening to the power of your heart love, or to release the false illusion of control so you can surrender to the higher path that is available to you, or if I can assist you by providing information to increase your trust in Source, I am happy to serve you.

Let Your Inner Hippy Shine

“Groovy,” “Keep on Truckin!’” I was a pre/early teen during the Hippy days. Needless to say, I was impressionable. Being literal at that time, I truly believed that peace and love were the answers. I thought we were to encourage one another. I resonated with the songs, “He ain’t Heavy, He’s my Brother,” “What the World Needs Now,” “Bridge over Troubled Water.” I believed we were to love one another, to live in harmony, to support each other. I did not understand competition and mean-spiritedness.

Even though the resonance of the Peace Movement message resonated with me that message was not being taught or modeled by the adults in my life. So maybe my ideals were just that--idealistic. I was a literal thinker and imagined what life would be life like if we could achieve harmony, peace, love.

The message encoded itself on a deeply profound level. I would never be the same…but I grew-up not knowing how to live it. Over time, I buried my inner hippy.

I don’t know if other’s have this same experience as a parent, but as a mom, my daughter is constantly requiring me to change, to grow, to evolve, to be more than I am, to expand in ways that at times are uncomfortable!

As some of you know, Mandy, my 9 year-old, is an Indigo child. Like so many of these creative, psychic, joyful children, she has learning differences. She is dyslexic and brings a unique vision to this world because she is a whole brain, global thinker. She thinks outside of the box. She is ADHD and her body dislikes highly processed food. However, she has lived in a culture that has not valued purer living, nor have I.

Since she started school, I watched the brilliant light that shines within my daughter become covered with anxiety. She was riddled with thoughts that she was somehow lacking and feeling defeated on a daily basis. At school she was treated only like an intellect…At 9, the focus was her reading and math scores….passing state mandated tests…a performance-driven system was crushing the spirit if my child.

So Mandy’s soul has called forth a change for her! She deserved a place that nurtured her spirit. She deserved a school that allowed her to develop, intellectually, but emotionally, physically, and spiritually, as well….

Was there such a place on the planet?

We found it in Fairview, TX, The Robert Muller Center for Living Ethics. Dr. Robert Muller was Undersecretary to the UN and urged that humanity adopt a program of study that offers the world’s children a comprehensive curriculum stressing their relationship to the Earth and the Human Family. He outlined the World Core Curriculum, which approaches every subject as part of the “Four Harmonies.” The Four Harmonies include Our Planetary Home and Place in the Universe, Our Place in Time, The Family of Humanity, and The Miracle of Individual Life.

Our Planetary Home in the Universe is a study of all sciences, including biology, geology, geography, and astronomy as dynamic, interrelated aspects of one vast living system. Whether infinitely small or infinitely large, respect and reverence are keynotes.

The second harmony is Our Place in Time, which is a study of the cause and effect, the interrelated flow of events in the cosmos, the biospheres and humanity (nations, religions and world organizations.) The emphasis is on what people can learn from the past to apply in the present to create a harmonious future, informed and infused with creativity and innovation in all fields of human endeavor.

The third harmony is The Family of Humanity and is a study of the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of humanity such as world population, culture, geography, standards of living and human groupings such as nations, corporations, and families. The inclusion of the heart brings in all humanity’s sorrows and joys, struggles and accomplishments within the radius of our own caring and sense of responsibility.

The fourth harmony is The Miracle of Individual Human Life and studies the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of each human as aspects of a synergetic whole. Attention to the human need for optimal nutrition, loving relationship, mental brilliance and spiritual refreshment lends relevance to this holistic education.

Children have the opportunity to participate in the Global Elementary Model of the United Nation, Ecological Education, Sacred Geometry, Destination Imagination, music, art, mentoring, student teaching, language class, ecological education, sustainable living, Global Learning to Benefit the Environment.

The school, its founder, the staff and the parents are devoted to being the change they wish to see in the world.

In being in the community I see that I am giving my daughter what I wanted to receive when I was young and impressionable. I see that where I am still idyllic and where I have contributed to helping this world be a better place. I know that my role as a spiritual peacekeeper began as I hummed, “I would like to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony!”

But her enrollment in this school has also provided a measuring stick for me to see opportunities to live more consciously as well.

We had a little girl from the school over to play and she had a handful of Fritos and she broke-out in a rash! The foods we eat are not pure. We use products that are not environmentally friendly. We are not conscious of the paper and plastics we are using. Plus, many other atrocities. Hopefully, I will not be kicked-out of this loving community and they will be patient as we work to transform ourselves!

Instead of chastising myself, I am going to allow my inner Hippy to come out … to dust herself off and to be proud of who she is…

I can still be idyllic and I can return to some of the basics in life. I can be more conscious and know that even one or two changes in the world can and will make a difference!

For my inner hippy, I want my body to be more pure. I want to eat foods that are closer to their natural state…whole grains, no sugar or white flour, most of the time. I think I can do that…Remember it is not about perfection. It is about being conscious. I will participate in the organic food coop that the parents organize at the school!

I will learn to make couscous and learn to use aguava nectar as a sweetener. I will buy organic milk, free from hormones. I will read more labels and seek products that don’t have a lot of ingredients that I can’t pronounce!

I can send real silverware to school instead of plastics. I can send a hand towel and cloth napkin so we can save the trees. I think I will start buying cleaning products that are not toxic. I will rest a little easier knowing I am consciously taking better care of Mandy and me!

Doesn’t it feel great to embrace being more pure? Doesn’t it make you feel more connected with the earth and more supportive of life and the planet? Doesn’t it help you feel real and have more self-love?

Won’t you join me in letting your inner Hippy come out? How can you feel more free? How can you embrace your ideals more fully? How can we ---together---help this world sing in perfect harmony? In the words of the Beatles, “All we are saying is, ‘Give peace a chance!”

Honoring Self

Honoring yourself.

Two simple words. Yet I have clients who have a really hard time with this concept. Why? What does honoring mean? How many times is ‘self’ left out of the equation completely? How does ‘self’ now become part of the equation when you have spent a lifetime discounting yourself?

Honoring yourself means being conscious of how you are feeling and experiencing life’s circumstances at each given moment. But it doesn’t stop there. Instead, you must consciously ask yourself what you need to give yourself to feel that you are loving yourself.

As we grow and learn to live consciously, we must define (and constantly redefine ourselves.) We ask ourselves, “What is resonating with me?” or “What is not resonating with me at this time?” If we do not ask these questions and continue to grow, we begin to become stagnate, dull, cold, bitter, uncreative, lifeless. We give to others to feel better about ourselves; it seems as if we cannot please anyone. And as the law of attraction reminds us, we will keep getting what we are creating. None of us wants to continue to create feeling less than or lifeless, depleted, and angry.

We must grow. We must challenge ourselves. We must be brave to handle that just as children grow and out-grow toys, clothes, friendships...We, too, may out grow our lives, out grow relationships, out grow jobs, and out grow old paradigms that helped us define who we thought we were. This is necessary...for most of us did not come into the experience of this lifetime fully remembering our “I AM”ness. So living consciously means we continue to let go of things that no longer serve us and instead, setting new standards that we should live by.

When we do redefine ourselves, those around us may look at us like we are from another planet. They may not support the changes we are making. Recently I attended an event and realized that the speaker was working on a mental and emotional plane. The energy of the room went down. It was hard to stay focused. Later, processing with a friend, I realized that I can no longer be a part of a group that is not spiritually and healing focused.

Sounds easy, right? Make a decision and then things are perfect? Well...no.....About a week later, the universe tested my new resolve. I went to a required meeting, the first of a series of four. Of course, this group is not spiritually focused. I felt like a fish out of water. The things I wanted to share, the pain of the people in the group, the sharing of the other members overwhelmed me. Those lower energies of pain and shame and not being in a position to shift the energies to a higher spiritual plane caused internal conflict and was painful for me.

I questioned myself. When we declare something new about ourselves, we will be tested. If found myself with the opportunity to honor myself which can be tough. It would be so much easier to do what other’s expect and not rock the boat. However, I would feel out-of-alignment with who I truly am and what I am creating for myself.

When we try to honor ourselves, others may think we are a rebel...others may not understand...others may not support us. If you are reading this article you are one of the spiritual trailblazers....as such...you are are settling a new spiritual terrain. Being a spiritual trendsetter, you will be setting-up new paradigms to live by and new paradigms of structure for systems. You will be misunderstood; others will be confused; you may be rejected. We must let go of the need to please. When we are feeling pain, we must address our pain and attempt to resolve it. Wrap yourself in pink light---the light of unconditional love. Feel the love from the higher realms. Share from your heart about the wounds that are coming up to be healed. The person may not understand or care, but you can still honor yourself by looking at it and expressing your pain. In this way you are allowing healing of your deeper wounds.

Sometimes sharing from this deeper sacred space can offer a beautiful awakening for others as you honor yourself---your needs and desires. As you lovingly express yourself, you allow others to come into their own heart-space of compassion. You allow others to view life from a totally new perspective.

Setting new standards may not be easy, but it is necessary. This month ask yourself how to be more honoring. How can you then create a space for yourself in life to live this new standard with love and joy. You might find, just as I did, that others are respectful and supportive!

Christmas' past and present

Sleigh bells ring. Are you listening?

In the lane, snow is glistening.

Beautiful sight, we are happy tonight,

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!

Have you ever known it was the holidays and you were supposed to be excited? The world around you was filled with the expectancy of the holy season, but everything you did seemed like just going through the motions? For no matter what you did, you could not find the joy.

Maybe it is that there have been times that you got lost in the preparation for the holiday. Times when the decorations, the shopping and the parties became the focus and you forgot to focus on the deeper meaning of the holiday.

What about feeling the emptiness within because you did not have a significant other to share the magic with? Or someone to create beautiful memories for? Someone to treasure you and show you that you are special? These days can seem endless, lacking, painful.

I know that I have experienced that in the past. When I was growing up, I was not encouraged to look at the meaning of the season. I focused on the commercialism. Then I remember the Christmas that my beloved Grandfather had a heart attack in the middle of our Christmas celebration. Things tend to lose there brilliance and sparkle when we are faced with life and death.

Then there was the first Christmas after my parents divorce, everything was strange and different. Not one cell in my body felt like celebrating. I felt torn in half and only wanted to feel whole. But even Santa couldn’t repair that wish.

Or the Christmas following my grandfather’s death just 10 days prior. How could I celebrate when this man, the patriarchal head of our family, my lifeline, was no longer a vital part of my life?

Before Mandy was born, I remember feeling so lonely. Wishing I had a special someone to enjoy. Someone to cuddle up with. Someone to make the season special! Know matter how delightful it was to be with family, there was an ache in my heart that was not filled unless I had my own family or special someone!

This blessed season, I am grateful for my family. I am grateful we are all in good health. I am grateful that the focus is no longer on the healing the pain of loss in my life. I am grateful that I have moved beyond materialism and shifted to a place of honoring the sacredness of the season.

This season, I will share gifts with families and friends. I will give from a space of wholeness, not want or lack. I will fellowship with loved ones and treasure each moment as I know that they are numbered and joys of the memories created will need to carry me through other bittersweet times.

But mostly, I will light the candle of my soul. I will spend time in love, remembering that Jesus came to teach us about love. That indeed, we are complete and w”holy”. We are en”light”ened beings. We are divinely love, divinely loved, and to divinely love. I want to stretch and grow in my capacity to love myself, my daughter, my friends and those that are brought into my life. I want celebrate this season by loving more through all my words and deeds....Let my doing not be the focus, but the intention behind it be apparent!

May the love in the world increase because we chose this holiday season to be the love and the light in the world!

Happy New Year

I know it may be crazy, but New Year's is my favorite holiday these days! I love the newness---doesn't it offer hope? Doesn't it feel fresh and clean? With a new year you can wrap up all your hopes and dreams for your life and what you wish you will create. The year is fresh and clean---not soiled! All that it holds is pure potentiality! I LOVE IT!

Mandy (my 9 year-old daughter) and I spend the time between Christmas and New Year's Eve preparing! I still have one more grocery store to go to on New Year's Eve and one more trip to the party store for our helium balloons on New Year's Eve evening! I have much work to do in the kitchen before the festivities can begin!

But Tuesday about 2 pm our fun will begin! I will light the candles around the house and serve our first course---cheese fondue with sparkling apple cider. We will have the biggist fondue party of the year! As we snack and enjoy the ambience, we will write our gratitude list. We will list the people and the things that occurred during 2007 that brought us joy or hard-earn lessons. We will share our list with one another and celebrate that we made it through the challenges and delight in glories as we each share.

After that we will tackle the Yuckiness of 2007. (That is how I used to explain it Mandy when she was younger.) We will dredge up the wounds, the pain, the grief of the days gone by this year. We will examine those things we are not proud of. As we look at our lists (and mostly keep them private), we will do healings on those events. We will release the energies of those events as we NEVER want to repeat those mistakes. It is a huge clue that if it is still coming up as a regret there is energy attached to that event that can be cleared! So using the New Conscious Energy Healing, we will LET GO! Afterwards we have a symbolic burning bowl ceremony and release the old energy of 2007 that is no longer serving us and that we do not want to take with us into the new year. Then using the wisdom of our Native American brothers and sisters, we light our sage and cleanse each other. This is our energy bath!!! We are ready for new things!

After all this we will probably be ready for the next course, the main course of our fondue party. We may have time to start our Wii Sports Tournament of Champions that will be held through out the New Years celebration! We will see who, after the best 2 out of 3, walks away winner of Boxing, Tennis, Golf and Baseball. With my lack of athletic prowness, I hope I don't embarrass myself! Even if I do, I hope to laugh loud enough to overcome my embarrassment!

Next we will begin to work on our visions of what we want to create in the new year! We will make these colorful lists and then attach them to balloons. Together we will go outside and pray and then launch our balloons asking for special help from the angels to bring our desires into manifestation!

Then it is time for some partying! Mandy and I have each chosen a theme-song for the coming year. We have chosen a song that will require us to stretch and grow. One that we will use during the coming year to tap into during the coming year to help us move forward towards the larger vision of our life! Mandy has chosen "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" and I have chosen "We are All in This Together!" A little fun loving karaoke never hurt anyone! At least there is no gong to knock me off the stage if and when I go off key!

Then before the night is over, we will chow down on our dessert, chocolate fondue! To get a full picture of what we look like, we will be in our jammies with crazy crowns on and pink boas! By the end of the night, we will have chocolate smeared on our big 'ole smiling faces!

When we wake-up the next morning we will greet the year by running outside and saying hello to the year. In our hands are cans of silly string! We will proceed to spray each other and have a silly string fight! We usher in the year with lots of joy and laughter...followed by food and a day of fellowship! We will play games and watch DVDS and enjoy being together and NEVER get our of our jammies!

Wishing you a big bowl of black-eyed peas and cornbread and lots of prosperity in 2008!

Power of the Heart

I did not know what I was going to write about this month and when I sat down to write, I connected up to God and asked, “What shall I write this month?” The answer came through my hands....The Power of the Heart! Sometimes the messages we receive from Spirit are surprising! Sometimes I wonder (before I ask), “Do I really want to know?” That is a powerful question, “Do I really want to know what is being required of me?” For usually , it means I have to call upon some aspect of my Divinity that I am not sure I can count on, so my faith is being tested. Other times, I must take responsibility for an aspect of me that is wounded and needs healing. Most of the time, I must give up victimization and live the grander expression of who I am!

So this month as I asked I was surprised as to what the topic is! I am sure that I will be as surprised at the end, as my fingers fly over the keyboard pecking out what my higher self will bring forth, what my reply will be!

It dawns on me that we has humans all have one thing in common....and that is heart energy. None of us have the same mental capabilities, life-experiences, DNA--genetic wiring, cultural experience, religious /spiritual background and experience with Source, etc. But everyone of us, has experience heart-energy...We know what it FEELS like to receive love and what it is like to be denied love. New born babies will not thrive, much less survive without genuine connection through touch giving heart energy!

Just like a new born baby, I notice how my body craves touch and intimacy through true touch. Touch that communicates you matter....I feel you...You are real...You exist. Touch, like a sacred caress, is life affirming. So how do we connect fully with another in a loving way?

True connection, through the heart and extending it to yourself or another, is what we all came into our bodies for in this (and every lifetime.) This energy is what helps us thrive, what supports us, what motivates us. When we hold back giving and sacredly sharing this energy we deny ourselves the very thing we came to experience---the life giving joy and sacredness of our God-self expressing!

Do you get it? We love our selves when we love others! I don’t mean love the feeling---I mean love the heart energy! Practice....feel your heart---imagine the warmth of the energy there. Allow the color to be pink and feel that warmth of pink light grow into a ball! Allow that pink light to expand and fill your chest. As it grows, simply use it now as a beacon of light and direct it at someone or an animal close by. Watch how (without using any words at all) that living expression of God responds to your love energy! This energetic exchange is simply you blessing another sacred being. You are giving life affirming energy to this being!

Practice sending love to the grocery clerk, the postman, the next person that calls you, watch how people are attracted to you! The sacredness of our heart energy is to be shared with everyone. It is God expressing through you as you! The amount of love you have pouring forth to you is in direct proportion to the amount of love you extend to others.

Is there a difficult situation in our life? A relationship that is not working well? What if you sent love to that situation or that person? What if you were in the middle of a stressful conversation and you just sent heart energy to both you and the other person right then and there? What if you needed to communicate something that would be difficult to share or something that would be difficult for the other to hear? Try surrounding you both with loving heart energy and then speaking your truth!

Give yourself a blessing this month! Try sitting in silence and looking into the eyes of your beloved! (Even if your beloved is you---use a mirror.) Gaze without speaking, into each other’s eyes. Let the emotions well up inside you and express themselves. If you feel tenderness---allow yourself to fully experience it! If you feel anger or sadness, stay with it and hold your gaze....feel what you feel and allow it to move through you. Don’t feel the need to rescue one another. Just hold the space for this honest exchange of energy to occur.

Fear of Betrayal

I am presently in my own mystery school with the Universe. I have understood that we have a mission/purpose and that we have a life lesson. I understood that we have set-up lessons in our lives to keep us on this path....

But currently, I have been discovering that we come to Earth with a core wound. Something inside us that triggers us to quiver and shake when we call forth experiences to heal this wound. These experiences rock us to the very core of our Being. When we experience the feelings of our wound exposed it feels like annihilation. When you look at this fear, you feel like running as you do not know if you are courageous enough to walk through the events that life is presenting to you. If we can’t survive it, we would rather not know! For we feel like we would be so devastated that there will be NO RECOVERY.

I was so surprised when I discovered my core wound! But now my life makes much more sense. I always thought my major issue was abandonment, but actually it is betrayal! I have been able to look back over my life and see situation after situation where I was betrayed. I see the time in my life when the betrayal by my father caused my world to tumble down like a house of cards within 24 hours. The life as I had known it was instantly gone forever!

That situation caused me to feel as if my life force was sucked out of me! The situation was bigger than my understanding of myself. Do not get me wrong the situation WAS devastating for an 18 year-old! My father committed a federal crime, mother filed for divorce, no money was available for college, public scandal, federal investigation, loss of friends----all within one hour of life!

I stopped eating and sleeping. I did not know how to begin to put my life back together. The adults who I looked to for stability were unavailable. I did not have the wisdom or guidance to know how to survive----must less thrive through such destruction. I can list many of the ways that I was betrayed---financially, spiritually, emotionally----I had been raped of all that I believed to be true. I learned the life I was living was a fantasy.

How did I cope? I shut-out every male! I built a wall so high and so deep that I could not be touched. It felt so safe....it felt like I could survive! It felt like I could heal my wounds. I also had clearly defined “the enemy.” I knew who I had to protect myself from! An in learning how to protect myself, I created a barrier to be safe and heal. Life seemed to be safer as I moved through the world with clearly defined foes.

The invisible wall I created kept intimacy at bay! I could not share my hopes, dreams, desires, fears or vulnerabilities. I could not let a man come close to entering my heart space as I would not survive.

This is did not keep me from looking to fill the void in my life however. I just drew men to me that had the same issues of untrustworthiness to me that I had with my father! I created situations to bring us to intimacy and then push them away because it was too painful! My inability to sustain intimacy left a void for them to fill outside of the relationship! Thereby, I was betrayed----reinforcing my belief that men were the enemy and could not be trusted!

Then I drew to myself experiences to begin to heal my issues of trust. I extended myself in friendships and working relationships and found once again situations that brought up my core wound. Looking back, with each situation, I realize I gained strength and faith that I would not be annihilated! I am grateful that I brought in circumstances that would open my heart and bring levels of acceptance and forgiveness to my heart so that I could take one step after another to heal and trust!

Well, currently I am in Divine Partnership with the most wonderful man! I am not running away from my fear. Yet, each step towards Oneness takes me deeper into my desire to surrender to Divine Will....It requires me to trust! It requires facing the fearful demons that have been chasing me from my heart’s desires! Yet, there are steps that feel like I won’t survive if I take the next step and I find that all I thought I was building is an illusion and comes tumbling down like a house of cards!

As we continue to take steps toward Oneness, I continue to find safety, love and acceptance. I know I have much larger steps to take. I am afraid! I feel this fear. I wear it and wrestle with it, but I don’t leave! I don’t push him away emotionally. I challenge myself to ask for what I need. I don’t do it “right,” but I do the best I can! I keep moving forward. I help him deal with his emotions as we keep defining how to merge our lives.

I envision what I want to create. I set the intention. I move forward. As things get tangled, we untangle the fears and insecurities together. I am not betrayed, but loved. Together we hold hands and make the next commitment to our love and Divine Partnership. Together we co-create space for healing and wholing occur! The ability to stay in the relationship and to create a safe space for our love to evolve to its highest potential!

The steps do not get easier, they get harder as I have invested more of myself, therefore, the more vulnerable I am to be betrayed. What will happen when he discovers more of my flaws? What will he do when he finds about the things that I judge unlovable and unacceptable? Will he commit to helping me heal so that I can be more of what he desires and can I be more healed so that I can love myself more completely? Will he see I have been waiting for him and needing him to heal these parts of myself? Will he see he is the key? Can he be the man I think, hope, dream and pray that he is? Can he see I am dropping walls and barriers for him because of who he is that I have never dropped for anyone else? Can he see he is my complement?

Life gives us the joy of the roller coaster ride! When the ride is over---we will have survived.....we will find our strength through the risk we took! For the risk will provide us the opportunity to face our fear! The gift will always to be a greater understanding of our Truth and Divinity. We might also get the life, the joy, the love that always seemed beyond our reach! Our healing might become complete....Because we willingly took each step to and through our fear!

The Red Pill or The Blue Pill

THE STORIES WE TELL...

In the same breath as it declares, "thought creates," the mental body also tells elaborate stories declaring, "they are to blame for this experience."

Allowing the mental body to rule our experience has led us into believing that if we can understand this uncomfortable feeling, we can resolve the discomfort emanating from within it.

This inherently defective proposition leads us to believe that if we think about our discomfort long enough - if we anal eyes it thoroughly - we will feel better.

Yet thought itself has no capacity to feel, and so has no capacity to consciously engage with and therefore impact this causal felt-resonance.

Thought can only inspire stories about it, and endless doings that manifest conditions which continually express this uncomfortable felt-resonance as outer circumstances of chaos, conflict, and calamity in the world.

Thought is amazing! When we use it in an attempt to make a causal adjustment to the quality of our experience, it leads us into a maze.

Wisdom from a Lightworker

Spirit once told me that the things that keep us reincarnating here are our resentments, for our resentments have the strongest emotional charge. The masters say it is our desires that keep us incarnating here. I believed it was our desires for wealth and money or the perfect love. But actually our most intense desires are what charge us the most which is our resentments, the feelings of righteousness, that justice and punishment on all levels must be served. We don’t have to worry about justice being served, karma does that. Remember the laws of attraction work on the most powerful emotions and most of our most powerful emotions are based on fear and anger. This is what we are attracting. We must all work on our feelings of fear and what we are most resentful about, for it will all be reflected in our own lives and the mass consciousness that is mounting to the mass destruction of our planet. Resentments are based on feelings of the victim. This will not serve you to have a life of joy and happiness. It is your choice to choose a life of unhappiness and lack, or a life of abundance and love. I am taking lessons from those for whom the results speak for themselves. I want to see all the beauty in this world that my fried sees. And as I do so, I won’t need to come back to planet earth not unless I choose to help others learn to see all the beauty this magnificent planet has to offer. What you give you receive. As you put out love and appreciation you will receive the same in return. This is the best and easiest thing we can do to help world consciousness.

Turbulence and danger are a real threat to our country during this time. Remember the only way to heal is with love and gratitude. We are in this together, one humanity. It is important to understand this is why we came to this planet at this time and age. This is a turning point in humanity and it is imperative that we understand our part in these changing times. We have the opportunity to change the planet and our own spiritual karma. The great master, Paramahansa Yogananda, said planet earth is the greatest place to grow spiritually because it is such a difficult place to be, but absolutely the most spiritual growth can be achieved here. This is why spirits are all fighting to get here. Imagine that, it is a privilege to be here! Take advantage of it. We must remember the only real reason why we are here is to grow on a spiritual level. Attitudes of hate and anger are tearing our world apart. It is time to find compassion and understanding, and this comes through love. Let go of resentments and you will grow on a spiritual level by leaps and bounds. Remember appreciation and gratitude creates the world of prosperity in which we all want to live.

Our true path of service is a path of respect, honour and Love to all of Creation. It is a path that requires us to carry and manifest the Light and Love of our Creator, the Great Spirit.
The Stargate of the 5th of May 2008 will activate dormant powers of knowledge and wisdom held within our hearts, leading us to the perfection, light and awareness of the Great Spirit. This hidden knowledge and wisdom will show us our paths of service.

We have all at some time questioned why we have incarnated at this time and asked the questions: why we are here and what is our purpose?
We are all here on this Earth to fulfill and complete certain tasks that are unique and important to us as individual Souls. We all have unique talents and abilities that are important to our purpose. When we use these abilities to perform our tasks in Spiritual service we find ourselves living in the moment, fulfilled, open and at peace. We are being called to remember our personal gifts and to find ways to apply them for the highest good and in service to all of Creation. It is time to redefine our purpose and to joyfully share the wisdom and gifts that we have to offer with humanity and our world.

Our minds are being cleared and our higher chakras cleansed, allowing us an opportunity to reconnect with our Creator and to receive the guidance necessary for us to follow our paths of service.

In opening ourselves up to communion with the Great Spirit, our Creator, we are able to gain a deeper understanding of our path and how best to serve as emissonary’s of Light and Love on Mother Earth. This communion is the key that opens doorways to higher levels of consciousness and to teachings of ageless wisdom. These doorways enable the vibration of our Higher Self to enter into our consciousness and our physical reality.

The Higher Self is a fundamental and intimate aspect of ourselves that remains aware of the totality of our being on the many different levels or planes of existence. When we are connected to our Higher Self our physical body and manifestations become direct and conscious tools for the Divine expression of Love and Light.

At this time we are being shown a gateway to new awareness that is beyond our current boundaries of resistance. This new awareness will show us another view of the world that can recapture or open us to the mysterious and ageless wisdom that lives within. Only by journeying to the source of our own ageless wisdom and mystery will we learn to master our abilities and gifts. In reconnecting with the enchantment held within our Soul, we open a doorway to immortal love.

This is a time to explore the sacred and secret passages of our Spirit and thus complete an important evolutionary cycle. We are at a point where we must return to a state of interconnection and connection with the Divine force and will of the Universe. Without this connection we will be unable to attain mastery and total development.

During this process we are healing and activating all the separate aspects of our consciousness enabling our highest visions to enter into our physical world. This is the purpose of being physical; to bring our consciousness into the physical world and to use it to create an enlightened reality. The ability to move the energy of the Divine through the physical body is a vital part of our journey and it is through this process that we are able to bring all of humanity into resonance. Resonance is being created within our energy and body which will initiate in us a time of renewed connection to the Divine.

Universal love is our birthright and the only lasting lesson is love. We have already learned it we need only to open ourselves to its healing truth. We are being offered the love of the Divine to support and assist us in opening to the abundance of love that exists in and around us all.
We are being helped to see our own divinity thus freeing our capacity to give and receive love. Only love can heal our lives and our creations. Reconnect to the source of all beauty and harmony on a Spiritual level and focus on your own self love in order to gather the inner strength needed to take the next step forward.

By opening our hearts and quieting our minds we are able to listen to the soft voice of our heart which leads us into the flow of love enabling us to carry this vibration into our physical lives. If we trust and follow the path of our heart we will always know what to do and when to do it.
It is through our creations, body, speech and emotions that we express the Divine in each moment. We are being alerted to begin developing our physical beings so that we may carry even higher frequencies of energy through our physical body.

Paying attention to the signals you receive will lead you to make any changes that are beneficial to you at this time. You may be required to change your diet, exercise habits, or any other lifestyle choices which may affect your abilities.

Change, freedom and liberation are all attributes of this time. There is a pressing need within humanity to break free from the constrictions of over identification with the material world and to experience the mystery and wisdom of other realities. This is the time of great awakenings. The forms of awakening vary, for some the awakening process may be gradual, for others the power may be so great as to rip apart what has been previously known as reality, security, understanding and belief.

Your inner strength and knowing will provide support and guidance during this time when everything we have taken for granted is being challenged. A major breakthrough is in process and from this process shall come a complete transformation. If this moment is recognized and seized the course of life will be forever transformed.

It is not a time to be bound by old patterns and conditioning. As we encounter obstacles and sudden challenges we are urged not to fall back into old patterns of fear. While it makes sense to strive for safety and security on a day to day basis, we must allow ourselves the time and freedom to dream.

Our Spirit is a force that is capable of extraordinary strength and yet it is invisible and cannot be seen other than through the effects of our own creations. It is time for us to take our responsibility and apply it to the new awareness that we are embodying at this time. We are being called to balance our Earthly life with the life of our Spirit.

The breath of the Great Spirit is here to cleanse our lives and to create the necessary changes required to improve our lives and our world. Guidance and information from the higher realms is entering our conscious minds and we are reminded to listen to the voice of Spirit and to open ourselves to the guidance of the beings of Light.

The comfort of self centered thoughts and ego based decisions must be sacrificed to the knowledge of self discipline, humility and service. Responsibility and discipline are the tools required to create new structures and functions within your life. Balance is required between these in order for us to have working creation.

When we are in touch with our inner guidance and wisdom we are able to move gracefully through our lives, open and free to explore the spiral dance of light and dark, balancing and healing each aspect.

We must find new ways to live our lives according to the wisdom that if gifted to us by Spirit. The Light of Spirit is now brought into our plane of existence, heralding a time of new life and higher revelations.

1. Forgive yourself and others.

Life is too short to hold on to regrets, grudges,
miscommunications, or disappointments. Free yourself by
forgiving and letting go of any negative energy you're
holding on to about yourself and/or others. There are many
ways to do this. One way is to write down anything you're
ready to let go of and ceremonially tear it into small
pieces and throw it away as you forgive. You may even choose
to verbally forgive anyone you've been resenting. Either
way, the process of forgiving yourself and others will
result in your feeling light and free, and consequently
raise your vibration.

2. Practice gratitude and appreciation.

Whatever you focus on grows. So, when you focus on every
thing in your life you have to feel grateful for and all the
wonderful people you appreciate, the universe hands you more
to feel grateful about. It's a wonderfully reciprocal
consciousness raising process.

3. Live each day as though it were your last.

If today was your last known day in this lifetime, with what
type of people would you surround yourself? What would you
say to the people you care about? What personal gifts would
you make sure you imparted to humanity and the earth? Live
each day as if it was your last, and you will be living in a
state of light, love and unconditional contribution.

4. Meditate/Pray.

You open up a direct link between yourself and the spiritual
realm when you meditate and/or pray. Meditation and prayer
can be used to bring you closer to your creator energy,
raise your vibration, bring you peace, clarity, joy, and
connection, as well assist you in experiencing a perfectly
balanced state between your mental, physical, emotional, and
spiritual bodies.

5. Suspend judgment.

This world is laden with judgment, irresponsibility, and
finger pointing. One judges another to feel less guilty
about one's own misgivings. Judgment energy is dense, dark,
and heavy. On the other hand, unconditional acceptance is
light, free, and accepting. Let go of judging and
criticizing yourself and others. Everyone is on a different
path, and some appear to be further ahead on their path than
others. Neither path is better nor worse than another. Raise
your consciousness to one of acceptance.

6. View every experience as a GIFT.

If you look back at occurrences in your life, you can easily
see how even the worst situations you experienced in your
life ended up teaching you invaluable lessons and therefore
ended up putting you in the perfect place for your
continuing development. When you view every experience, the
good, the bad, and the ugly as a GIFT, life flows more like
a gentle, inspiring breeze.

7. Stay consciously aware of all of your thoughts and
feelings.

Until you raise the consciousness of the entire human race,
it is extremely easy to fall back in to all pervasive
negative patterns of complaining and feeling like a victim
of society and a victim of your life. To stay out of these
patterns, check in with yourself your present thoughts and
feelings several times a day. When you catch yourself in the
Negative zone, don't feel badly about it and beat yourself
up. Simply choose to switch your consciousness to one of
gratitude and positive thinking. Remain conscious.

8. Treat your physical body as your temple.

Your body is the only vehicle you've been given for this
ride called "LIFE." The better you care for your body by
eating a healthy, balanced diet, and by implementing a
regular exercise routine, and by giving your body the rest
it requires, the more you will experience increased energy,
vitality, joy, and freedom. Honor, love, appreciate and take
extra good care of your body, and you will be raising your
energy and your consciousness.

9. View the world through the eyes of a child.

Observe a baby or a young child. It won't take you long to
notice that young children are constantly totally enthralled
by the process of observing and experiencing the wonder and
beauty in every single thing, color, texture, and person
they meet. They can't get enough! Look at every tree,
sunset, cloud, and human being as a child would and you'll
be in a constant state of wonder, joy, surprise, acceptance,

Freeing Ourselves from Karmic Commitments

Any relationships in which we create healing frees us from our soul group karmic commitments and we are finally able to find closure. This may result in the end of certain relationships. Other relationships can take on a new dimension and become what we never expected they could be. This healing process has been attempted over many lifetimes with our soul group. Once we begin to forgive, which is an essential component of the Shift and the only way to heal karmic bonds, we shift the energy of all of our relationships. As we move out of karma and fear and into a high vibration our spiritual connections become stronger. They have always been available to us, but we cannot connect to them as effectively when we are functioning at a lower vibration.

As we shift our energy we are being propelled into vibrations that we may never have experienced in our various lifetimes. These energetic shifts can move us forward so far that we move out of the vibrations of the team or support groups that we have created for ourselves. If we have a fear of being alone this can be a very difficult process as we may have to spend time alone and turn to our spiritual connections to find support and guidance we had previously received from family or friends. Once healing has occurred we can attract new relationships into our lives, including a new soul group, with which we don't have karma and learn to experience life and relationships on a different level. The new group will reflect our higher vibrations and will be able to support us at that level, creating new opportunities for growth and healing on our journey.

Let us consider some brave new implications for human development at its very beginning -- conception -- of thought as an organizing principle. Ancient Vedic literature refers to the importance of conception as a moment that both captures and reflects the nature of the consciousness of the parents, and lays that portrait down as a gossamer watermark upon the new being, intangible, yet a lifelong, fundamental organizing principle, underlying everything else -- including DNA.

What an opportunity we have at conception to offer a new physical being thoughts and intention that invite harmonized, healthy organization and growth! This isn't mere hypothesis: neonatologist Jean-Pierre Relier highlights embryological research on very early cellular distribution of IGF (intrauterine growth hormone) receptors, that demonstrates the importance of emotional stability in each of the parents at the time of conception for healthiest development of the embryo and placenta.

In a Cartesian framework, the size of something is related to its importance and significance, and there is the tendency to think, How could anything have a lasting impact so very early, when there is just one or two or twelve cells? But recalling chaos theory's "sensitive dependence on initial conditions," doesn't it make sense that a very positive, or very negative, environmental message would bear the most pervasive influence upon a tiny, emerging system, considering that each cell division will replicate that cell's "knowledge" again and again?

Cell biologist Bruce Lipton's drumbeat of a mantra is, "At every level and every stage of development, there is either love -- and with it, growth -- or fear -- and with it protection and a thwarting of growth." Those cues come from the environment, or more precisely, our perception of the environment -- and this is where our divine nature comes in, via what Joseph Chilton Pearce in The Biology of Transcendence calls our "glorious prefrontal cortex." This is the hardware that runs our consciousness software, you might say! Lipton points out that for a growing embryo or fetus, it is the mother's perception of life, her psychological "atmosphere," that gets downloaded as biochemical and energetic instructions about the world into which it will be born -- a world in which to thrive or survive.

Rudolf Steiner in the early 1900's taught that "During pregnancy, the mother's joy and pleasure are the forces that provide her baby with perfect organs." The latest research proves him prescient. A pregnant mother's state of mind is her baby's entire universe. Her depression or unremitting anxiety (not the occasional stressful days that are simply part of life!) communicates to the baby that it is going to be born into a dangerous environment, and its brain cells adapt to function in an unsafe world. The implications of this for society are immense. Babies of stressed mothers develop unconscious coping and survival skills like hyper-vigilance and hyper-reactivity, and their neural chemical receptors designed to perceive pleasure and contentment suffer decreased sensitivity.

A vicious cycle can begin early and spiral insidiously downward as the child grows: the baby is hard to soothe, which frustrates Mom and Dad; this generates a spectrum of strong feelings within them, which further activates the baby's heightened "antennae" for threat, makes him even more agitated, and may lead to subtle or outright neglect or abuse by exhausted, exasperated parents. With no positive interruption of this negative feedback loop, the child has limited opportunity to internalize the self-regulating capacities developed through healthy attachment; once the toddler is a "handful," there likely are consequences to "make the child mind," punishments whose shame-based action further thwarts peace-oriented brain development, hardwiring it instead to thrive in a threatening world. Later, the child's "impulsivity" gets labeled, and his sense of alienation -- from himself, from others, from Life -- intensifies.

Thus, a pregnant mother's joy is a fundamental prenatal "prescription" for peaceful babies -- and grownups! When joy seems out of reach, it is possible to coax it towards you. Gratitude is one of the most powerful forces for well-being. Smile, say an inner "thank you" for some blessing in your life, breathe mindfully, invite the imagination in, dream noble qualities for your child, envision her luminous unfolding. Joy will likely surface.

Learning is Embedded in Relationship

Building on the foundation of a healthy brain at birth, the critical first three years teach a child -- via her relationships -- myriad important lessons for a healthy self ("I'm effective in the world," "I can trust others to be there for me," and so on.) A child who is securely attached to his parents is deeply motivated to behave in harmony with them. This becomes a positive feedback loop in him which gradually expands outward to include the wider world in the category of "those who matter to me."

Children take our cues about how to treat themselves, others and the environment -- with compassionate care or mindless disregard. We need to embody the peace we want them to manifest one day. Children learn unfortunate lessons of cynicism (a subtle violence) when their parents pleasurably criticize friends, acquaintances, politicians. Choose words that are kind, beautiful, meaningful and clear. Children absorb the inner and outer atmosphere we create.

Be peace for them, from the very beginning.

Then what is the answer? The key ingredient is mindset, the combination of conscious and unconscious beliefs, your values, expectations, and experiences. I also call this the "Total Belief System," or TBS for short.

In the last e-mail lesson you received, you learned to recognize a "good story" as just that: a reasonable sounding excuse for lack of success, but an excuse nonetheless. This is a crucial first step to uncovering any limiting beliefs that are hobbling your TBS and, therefore, your success and wealth in life.

If you don't like the program, change the channel.

You see, if the unconscious mind is calling all the shots, then we are left to our old "programming," the conditioning of our childhood. We are at the whim of our child's mind, which contains antiquated and often detrimental ideas about our abilities and possibilities in life.

What did your environment hand you?

I believe we are born into greatness and conditioned into mediocrity. That conditioning comes from good people who just don't know any better and who do the best they can. Still, they're bound to tell us we're limited, and in so many ways they tell us what we can't do.

We're conditioned with that from the time we are born. And then we show up as adults, with those things out of our conscious awareness, and that conditioning still drives who we are and what we do and do not.

To change results you must deal with the cause...

Go straight to the source. Most people want to throw solutions at the effect (the lack of results), rather than at the cause (the mindset). In other words, they look at their lack of wealth in any area and ask: How can I get more skills? How can I learn more? How can I work harder? But by definition, the result is the effect, the manifestation of a greater cause. The cause is at the level of consciousness

Imagine the unconscious mind is the soil, and the results we experience in the physical world are the plant. If we have a weak plant (or weak results) the real solution is usually to amend the soil. That doesn't mean that conditions like the amount of sunshine and attacks from bugs are not factors, but they're not really the determining factor. Similarly, mindset or TBS is the determining factor in your Harmonic Wealth™, not the circumstances of your life.

Another analogy I use frequently is that of the movie theater. Most of us will sit through almost any film, good or bad. Instead of getting up and leaving the ones we think are horrible, we stay riveted to our seats and continue to view. How like life!

Those who are dissatisfied with their lives simply continue to sit there and watch the results they don't like. Why? Because they've paid for the ticket; they're invested in seeing how it all plays out. Some people will complain about the movie, or throw cans and bottles, but that doesn't get them anywhere; it doesn't change the film. Yet there are those unique few who go back to the ticket counter, ask for their money back and see a different movie. They realize that:

Again---something that moved me....not my own!

Can we talk a little about the spirals of consciousness. The Arcturian "Infinity" hologram is clearly a series of spirals. Why are spirals so important?

Michael: Well, what we would like to call the "natural" movement of consciousness in the Cosmos is a spiral. Think of the spiraling arms of the great galaxies, all the way down to the spirals of the DNA within your cells. Everything is constructed on geometric grids or fields based on circles and spirals.

And that is the natural rhythm or flow of consciousness. Now, each being has its own personal rhythm or flow. Part of the deep physiological and biochemical changes in the human body at this time are aimed at disconnecting your physical reality from a controlled linear perception to a more natural cycle that is "tuned" to the Cosmic pulse, and spirals in harmony with the Cosmic pulse, that which we call the "breath of God". All living intelligences pulse, and when one is aligned with the pulsations of Divine Creative Intelligence through the pulsations of the Galactic "heart" or the great central sun, your own natural rhythm or spirals synchronize with these larger spirals. This involves a shift in the "time clock" in your cells and in your brain, that has been "wired" to linear time and a progression of consciousness which is short and entirely out of synch with the Cosmic pulse.

Now, you are being "re-wired" to live in harmony with the Cosmic pulse and to live longer lives that spiral naturally and gracefully with the flows of Divine Creative Intelligence. So, your ascension symptoms are evidence of your body feeling the physical effects of being "re-wired" to a different rhythm of life, that is attuned to the Cosmic pulse but also very individual to you.

The Crystal children, and now the Blue Star children, are attuned to this pulse already. That is why so many of them are diagnosed as ADD. They move to their own rhythms and cannot be "controlled" into the rigid frame of school programs. Many adults are also releasing the rigid structures of "work" for more flexible ways of supporting themselves. For each person has an individual rhythm that may not lend itself to the 9 to 5 life. Finding your own rhythm is as important as finding your passion and creativity. These things all work together to ensure that you function at your optimum soul potential as a creator.

We will say too, that it is the presence of the Blue Star children who have entered the planet in the last 18 months that is accelerating this process. We have called it "activating your Galactic lightbody", as you reconnect with the Galactic pulse or heartbeat. As you make this connection, you naturally move into Unconditional Love, Compassion and Gratitude, for these are the energies of the Cosmic pulse and the "signature" of the Christed or Crystal energy.

Gather the Tribe

Of late, I have been hearing the beat of the drums…the heart-beat of all of existence. The resonance of life. Do you feel it? The rate of the beat is speeding up. I dance. I keep the beat. I feel the urgency of its call.

A gift of the beat is that as I listen and resonate with it, I am in the eternal moment of NOW…I am in my heart…I feel its vibration and its call to be here in my body NOW. I get lost in the completeness of my heart and NOW. I am called to be fully present.

As I respond to my heart and the calling of the beat and rhythm of life I move in response to the pulsation of the energies of all of life. I notice those dancing around me. Some in beautiful rhythmic harmony with fluid motions...dancing their joy. Others seems to in the space of chaos and confusion. They are dancing to the pulse in ways that are disharmonious.

I feel their energy pulling me. I feel their energy asking, “How do I find the fluidity?” “How do I learn to listen to the beat deep within and deep within the earth?” I see the pain, anguish and fear in their eyes.

I must keep dancing my dance. Words are not as powerful as BEING. Those that are in harmony, are gathering to dance their Sacred Dances NOW TOGETHER! The Tribe is being called to respond to the Sacredness of Life. As we keep resonating with the heartbeat of life, others begin to feel this vibration and they begin to respond. The resonance is shared and felt on profound levels.

Shifts are occurring. The drum is beating. The heart is responding. The Tribe is Gathering. Each dancer is called to dance his/her own dance in response to the beat. The Tribe of Man is in chaos. Can we each be courageous enough to gather and dance? The time is now!

Expectation vs. Expectanct

Last night, for whatever reasons, I had difficulty finding the words to explain the difference between expectation and expectancy so I asked Lonna. Here is what I learned.

If we know what we want, expect it, and then don’t get it, we can become hurt, angry, and sad. We have set ourselves up for disappointment because of our expectations.

Think of a child at Christmas. The child writes Santa a letter expecting specific gifts.
Christmas morning comes, the child runs to the tree and sorts through the gifts. The present may be wrapped in beautiful paper and ribbon. The child thinks he knows what’s in the box, but when he opens it, it is something he wasn’t expecting. Then comes the disappointment.

Think of expectant parents that want a specific sex for their unborn child. If they expect a boy and have a girl, they set themselves up for disappointment.

Expectancy is a belief that life sustains and supports us in our highest and greatest good. Without question, we know that whatever life brings us is always perfect.

We let go of expectations and agendas. We don’t lie or manipulate to get what we want. We have learned the lessons that when we resort to lies or manipulation, we sometimes think we get what we want, but it doesn’t satisfy us. The real tragedy is that we settle for the quickest, easiest solution. Though victory may be swift, it is fleeting-it slips though our hands as quickly as it emerged. When we lie, we lie to others and to ourselves. When we manipulate in order to manifest a specific outcome, we never know what the ultimate outcome would have been. We think we are smarter than everyone, including God.

With expectancy, we hold a larger vision than we are capable of holding for ourselves. We create and hold the space for God’s goodness to come into our life. We allow “it” to come to us. We are filled with anticipation and joy. We know not how it comes to us. We surrender to God, knowing everything is in Divine and perfect order. We are grateful, knowing that the perfect situation is ours by surrendering and allowing God to provide all the blessings that are ours.

Power, Control, Survival
Feel the energies of these words...

Underlying these words is often the feeling of desperation.

Power, unless it comes from the heart, can be used to dominate and control. Many of us like to have power over people, things. As a society, we tend to respect those in power...sometimes we blindly give respect and trust to those we revere who have power.

Control is a false sense of being in charge of life, destiny, people, and situations. Attempting to control and manipulate is to play God. We build a house of cards and find out that it can come tumbling down. With the destruction of that house of cards goes our illusion that we are in control. Illnesses, betrayal by a spouse, loss of a job or relationship can blind side us and leave us afraid and alone.

These life traumas can shake us to the core of who we are. We are afraid that we are unlovable, destined to be alone. We feel worthless. There are moments in our life when we come face-to-face with the consequences of our choices---At times, these consequences can devastate us and leave us feeling desperate. Wondering how we will survive? Wondering how we can go on? Feeling alone. Afraid there is no way-out. Afraid there is no one to turn to.

Underlying the need to be in power, or the need to be in control, or afraid we won't survive, is FEAR! I see all these issues as a spiritual crisis.

A few years ago, I really struggled over the concept of power! What is it? How is it misused? Why did it not feel good to have power OVER someone?

Through much communication with the spiritual hierarchy, I realized that true power only comes through the correct use of our heart- energy---love! I want to be powerful because of my love. Can the interactions that I have
affirm those I come in contact with? Can I be present in each moment of my life and can I really see and connect through my heart with those around me? Can I make each moment in my life count? Am I powerful
enough to heal all that keeps me from being in my heart? Am I powerful enough to stand in the fire with those I am journeying through life with? Am I powerful enough to put aside my false self and those selfish wants, in order to claim all that Source has for me? Am I powerful enough to admit that I am not perfect and have faults and vulnerabilities? Am I
powerful enough to accept help and support?

Control is another illusion of our false selves. Truly, when we buy into this illusion we become imprisoned by our fear and desires. For true freedom comes when we let go of the need to have it all planned out and
work to manipulate life into what we think it should be. Letting go means surrendering, but to whom or what are we surrendering? Is our life view one of a safe world or dangerous one? How is our relationship to the
Divine? As I have surrendered to the flow of life and followed what brings me joy, I have found life to be a wondrous amazing adventure!

My level of surrender has varied from time to time! A friend of mine, Nikita Gearing, told me a few years ago about what she surrenders to...The River of Yes which for me is the Infinite Source of all. At times as I surrender, I can only put my toes into the River. Cautiously, wondering if I will be safe...At times I am not afraid to ride the rapids. My job is to always
release my resistance so that I can surrender to the Divine Flow of the River. For the River has Infinite Intelligence which will support me and take me to the people, circumstance and events in life that will serve my
Highest Purpose. And I must say, it is a tremendous relief to give up CONTROL!!! I don't have the burden any longer to MAKE my life work. I get to play in creation-mode and do what brings me joy! I get to create my
life and what I want and Source creates the how it will occur!!!

I see the primary concern over survival as a spiritual crisis also. Once again, this requires that I have the life view that as I work and align my energies with the Light and desire to be of loving service to the Light, that
the Source makes available all the resources of the Universe to help me fulfill my purpose.

This month as you examine your life, know that I send each of you love and light. If you desire a partner to assist you in opening to the power of your heart love, or to release the false illusion of control so you can surrender to the higher path that is available to you, or if I can assist you by providing information to increase your trust in Source, I am happy to serve you.

I have a friend, Chris Lucerne, who has a powerful on-line course called Money Moves. It is the best manifestation program out there that is computer based!

So as I work through this program and change my relationship with $....I want to blog about my process...This will hold me accountable to complete the program too!

So today is day 2---the affirmation for myself is...“I am willing to make friends with my life as it is today. I know that I cannot easily change my relationship with money, unless I accept where I am right now. I commit to facing my situation and instead begin appreciating my money journey and all that my journey has to teach me.”

I do know that people who are abundant look at money differently than those who do not have money...I live in Plano---the most wealthy town per capita! I see the gratitude that they have for the life they lead. I see the ease they have with money. I see their willingness to let money flow into their lives and support them.

Today I am willing to allow money to flow to me in unexpected ways! I will take advantage of the opportunities as they arise! I will allow money to support me and my heart's desires! I can make opportunities for myself and others!

Hmmm. Busy creating possibilities. Seems like the faster I go the more there is to do! Everything is speeding up! I have some services in demand and that is wonderful! Yet, I cannot get everything done in a day! Ever feel like you are spinning your wheels?

I am moving in a month. Things are going into storage or being sold or given away! This is good!

But coordinating what is staying and what is going is the challenge! What needs to be packed to move so we can live--clothes---then what happens when the weather changes---will we have access to all we need?

Then school is starting for my little one---think about backpack-school supplies, etc!

I need to get a storage unit! What size? What am I keeping? What is going? Will I stay local in a few months or will I move? If so where would I go?

Mandy (10) tried to pack her cherished items by herself. Needless to say she had about 25 boxes packed...Tonight I told her I wanted to look inside those boxes before we put them in storage! Ho-Hum....We narrowed down those boxes to 10! She had a her lunch box thrown-in one with old food! Now won't that of been fun to discover in a few months of storage! She had dirty clothes hidden in boxes! Me oh my---

Now we have 3 gi-normous bags for Goodwill and one that big of trash! We are organizing winter clothes so we can get to them when things go into storage! We found the Halloween costume for this year too!

So tomorrow we will carry the boxes from our room on the 3rd floor to the first. We will then tackle finding a storage unit and begin the process of moving those boxes there!

I have company coming for 2 wks on Wed and my house is a mess! Oh well! I will survive and so will they!

The Freedom of Boldness

Independence Day for me means being free! Free to try new things. Free to be independent of fears. Free to be me! Free to live with boldness and courage!

I faced demons this week....of course, they were the ones of my own making...my own mind...my own fears of loss or separation...But this week I did it....

Funny thing is---I learned that I can be bold in other areas too! I took the risk that I was most afraid of taking and now I find I can take risks to do other things as well....they do not feel scarey to me now...

So whether it is tell someone a big secret, learning to be okay with the secret, playing laser tag for the first time, facing conflict, facing being judged, facing losing a friend, asking for what you want, expressing your feelings, trying a new healing modality, asking a big name celebrity to be interviewed on your show....whatever it is...Go ahead and do it!

Allowing is the opposite of controlling...Allowing is principle of the Divine Feminine. Allowing is acceptance without judgment. Allowing is being at peace no matter how the situation unfolds. Allowing is letting the situation unfold naturally without interrupting. Allowing is believing in a Divine Plan. Allowing is not approval...it just does not argue with what is! So allowing leads to peace. Allowing is freeing. Allowing is letting go. Allowing is being unattached to the outcome! Allowing invites compassion. Allowing makes room for free will. Allowing welcomes changes and surprises. Allowing is a step towards reconciliation. Allowing invites safety and evokes trust and openness. Allowing befriends forgiveness. Message from my angels

I had plans to go to see my precious Amma (the divine mother of love---the hugging saint!) I planned to receive darshan (her hugs) both days she is here!

This would require me to stay up until all hours of the night to receive her blessing.

I have been looking forward to this event since last year when I was there!

But today I received a definitive message from my guides! NO!

I was told my main priority had to be to loving care for my body and the lack of sleep was going to deplete my energies---not strengthen my energies and bring healing! So I am listening!

I am learning that my physical self counts and needs TLC!

So I will listen! I will obey my guidance...

I can go to see my beloved Amma and absorb the energies---knowing I will get what I need from her visit and I will return next year---stronger and whole with my arms outstretched ready to embrace the divine love that she is!

I claim a healed body that is strong, healthy, energetic and pure!

Next year---I will celebrate how far I have come----

I will heal all resistance so that it does not impede on my renewal!

Enthusiasm

Okay---Mandy has decided she is my fitness coach! What a blessing and a curse!

The blessing is that she is enthusiastic and she is my voice of accountability....
The curse is that she is enthusiastic and she is my voice of accountability....

She is my daughter and I don't want to disappoint her and I even want to encourage her! Yet this exercise routine is not FUN to me! Yet she is having fun! She has enough enthusiasm for us both right now! Thank goodness---or I would have quit by now!

Sunday we sat down and planned out the exercise routine! Me oh my---she is requiring that I stick to it. I want her to be proud of me...I do feel better. When I don't want to do it, I do it for her!...Eventually (I pray) I do it for me!

I appreciate her praise! I appreciate the fun she is having. I appreciate that I am NOT having fun...and even allow myself to have fun occasionally! Today we were doing a yoga CD and I was pitiful because I cannot put much weight on my wrist...Instead of downward dog...I looked like upward snake! So Mandy (in her infinite wisdom) decided to make up her own yoga poses! And guess what? They were amazing! She had the breath techniques worked out on each one...Then we added some empowering sounds and I actually laughed and enjoyed it!

I gratefully appreciate her enthusiasm, her love, her assistance....Even if we both have to deal with my resistance at times! She even tells me I look thinner (See how she praises me!) I am only sad that the only thing I can tell that is smaller are the "twins"---if you know what I mean!

Me, oh my....
Somehow I have been remiss in not posting to my blog! Things have been happening:
1. Mandy had to have an MRI on her leg that got hit by a car door swinging shut.
2. Mandy fell out of bed and nearly broke her leg.
3. We went to see Chicago and Journey in concert and I had to play the CDs for weeks to let her learn the songs
4. We went to the ballet.
5. Mandy had her first souffle.
6. We found a place to live for a while....we will move in August...
7. We have already packed about 20 boxes and been to Goodwill once.
8. I still have dr appts and therapy daily.
9. My to-do list is greater than the time I have available!
10. I have butterflies about how my life will work out!

Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's off to the Dr. I go...

It is Friday and I look back on the week I have had---and it is not head to the grid stone, working to make things happen to create business, but it has been productive...

Mostly seeing Drs---I have a wrist/hand dr, a shoulder dr, a neck/shoulder dr, a chiropractor, a physical therapist, 2 acupuncturists, and various energy healers. So I am pretty busy with appointments. I am actually enjoying watching my body as it heals! I am embracing the opportunity to learn, to listen to my body, to include my body in the journey to wholeness and healing.

I know there are seasons for all things and this is the season for giving my body a valued place in my life! Today I tell her----welcome to the team of who I am----to the totality of who I am----I am spirit, I am an intellect, I am emotions, and today, I can claim---I am a body, too!
As a person who was sexually-abused, I have tried to deny having a body...I too have abused my body....But without my body, how can I express life or experience love? So today, I begin to embrace my body and welcome her into my life. Today, my body begins to count as a valued member of my life! As my friend Rae said, "It is evolution, not revolution!" So each day I can allow my body to evolve into her strength and her power.

I recognize energetically that Lightworkers put on weight because power issues. Feeling overwhelmed by the outside influences being directed at us! Somehow, energetically, the weight isolates us from the overwhelming energies projected onto us. When we get fully into our own power we no longer need the excess weight.

I am very excited about the evolution of my body----I feel like the evolution of my life will also show itself in the physical changes of my body! I am excited to see where it all leads!

Karmic Graduation and the Space of Pure Potentiality

I did it! I walked away from my job on Friday...
I did not realize how much stress/dread I had about the day itself. I had to endure a luncheon where I had already said good-bye and let go of the relationships with my co-workers. It was not enjoyable (and not surprising I had an upset stomach after the event!)
Then I went to Human Resources and had a strained exit interview...
After turning in my keys, etc. I went to my and once I got in---I huge wave of emotion came over me. I began to wail and to say, "I can breathe. I can finally breathe." I just cried and cried. I was so relieved....
On the drive home, I remembered I still had my parking sticker on my car. I could hardly wait to get home...When I did, I ripped the sticker off and tore it up and then threw it in the air (much like graduates do with their caps at the end of graduation!) Mandy and I then stomped on the parking sticker! Woo-hoo I am free!

But what I am free to do? What am I going to do?

Presently, I find myself in the space of no knowing. This is the space of pure potentiality! This is the space of beingness!

I can create an amazing new life...anything I want. Presently, I am in the space of defining who I am and where I am and where I want to go!

Do you notice that I am not alone---the energies of the planet are allowing us to be in a space of not moving forward? This is energy will change next week at the solstice! So enjoy the space of pure potentiality and get clear on what you want to create in your life!

Fall flat on my face or sprout wings and fly?

Fall flat on my face or fly? That was what I told myself when I quit my job----one of these options would happen....

Have you ever been to a place in your life where you made a choice that would test everything you believed in? Well, that is what happened to me when I resigned from my job. On Leap Day (Feb. 29th) I took a leap of faith (with my resignation final on the last day of my teaching contract)....believing that I was being led to pursue my spiritual work full-time. I truly believe that I am being guided to make this profound shift in my life!

And yet as I do, I realize that I am testing myself---actually giving myself the most profound test I have ever given myself on this journey through life....

Can I trust my intuition, myself, and Source so that I can prosper? Can I really do my spiritual work full-time and sustain me and Mandy?

I kept saying to myself....I am either going to fall flat on my face or sprout wings and fly! Of course, it was all in gest....but that is what happened at my job----I fell flat on my face and tummy surfed down 11 stairs!

I learned several things by falling---
1) Don't try this at home---I would never recommend it to anyone---this is how they kill people on TV.
2) The only option that is acceptable for me is to sprout wings and fly! I will NOT co-create anything less that success!
3) The remainder of the lessons I will keep to myself until the time is right to share---

Tomorrow is my last day on the job----
WAIT----I think I feel them----The WINGS---They are sprouting!

Angels of Mercy

I am blessed to presently be learning about angels of mercy.

I met an extraordinary man/doctor when I went to the emergency room to be treated for my broken wrist. Granted, I was in shock and pain…trying diligently to stay present…

The doctor arrived and looked at the x-ray. He was astonished to know I had yet to receive any pain medication and took care of that over-sight quickly. He diagnosed my broken wrist and displaced bones and explained the procedure to put the shambles of my limb back together…He (so lovingly) left out the part about the excruciating pain that the Lidocaine shot would cause!

Following the shot he noticed the subtle shift in my countenance and asked what was wrong and I told him that I was just taking a minute to feel sorry for myself, but that I would snap out of it.

Throughout our visit, he continued to not just treat my arm….but he noticed ME---the totality of me---a person---mind, body and soul.

I had an appointment with this extraordinary doctor yesterday, but there was a mix-up with my chart and it did not get to his office and I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. (Mercury is retrograde after all and this is a snafu I contribute to that!) When I went to check with the receptionist, we realized that my file was waiting to go to another doctor! She checked with the doctor and we realized that I would not be able to see the doctor that day as I was meeting my (now former) students for lunch and I would never stand them up!

Today as I was getting my cast off---in walked the ER doctor that I did not get to see the day before, who practices in the same office with my hand doctor. (He is the shoulder guy.) He was in his scrubs and had heard my wrist doctor dictating my notes, so he came and found me! He APOLOGIZED for the error and said he had come out to the waiting room the day before to apologize, but that I was already gone! So he came to check on me when he knew I was in the office.

I am so full of gratitude for this personal touch. For the extraordinary care and concern that I am given by this wonderful physician.

What wonderful examples I am being shown of ordinary people who live extraordinary lives through the love they demonstrate to others. I am blessed.

I look at my daughters – beautiful young women who amaze me with their grace and strength physically, emotionally and spiritually - and pray they will not bump into the same body-image-issues I have dealt with my entire life.

I remember as a young woman in my early 20's thinking I was limited in who would find me attractive if I wasn't statuesque and athletic, if I wasn't round enough in the right places and flat enough in other places.

I always seemed to have it backwards as far as my body was concerned.

It took a lot of loving from others and finally, a continual awakening in myself to "live the question" as was lead to write thought these words from the prompt my friend, Morgine provided:

"If my body were my lover, I would…"

For someone used to abhoring her body, this whole concept is foreign – yet as I age and become more comfortable with who I am and perhaps a subtle shift in societal norms says... statuesque and athletic is not the only desirable form.

I was surprised (and delighted) when in the free writing exercise these words came up:

Well, my body has been and is my lover – the one who never leaves me, always forgives me, fully supports me – sweet body love.

Maybe it is this realization that allows me the luxurious necessity of massage, an upcoming pedicure, the simple pleasure of clothing my body in lotion or air drying after a shower underneath the ceiling fan on a warm afternoon its breeze softly skimming my skin or letting my other lover drape himself in all of me, every part of me.

My pencil stops writing as I hold onto those images.

I let it.

Sometimes – no, most of the time, my best loving is done wordlessly.

The Gift of Good-bye: Let's Celebrate the Love Now!

I have been employed at a private school in Dallas for 8 years....an administrator for 6 and 2 as a reading comprehension teacher for 10th and 11th graders. These are kids with learning differences---dyslexia, auditory processing, ADHD, etc.

I have had my juniors for 2 yrs in the classroom....

I am a hip teacher---I guess---no florescent lights---floor lamps, bean bags, etc. My primary love is the kids and connecting with them---the curriculum is always secondary and a means to reach my students.

I use music and poetry to connect with my students. They come in before school, lunch, after school----between classes I have to chase them out of my room! Sometimes they try to hide in my room so they can stay there! I am glad my room can be a safe place for them during the day! My classes like the serene environment. They beg me to mediate or teach them my stress reduction mudras or to have a Kumba-ya circle---with some touchy feel-y song!

When I feel down those blasted stairs---I lost a month with them! They emailed and texted me constantly----begging me to come back! I returned last Wed. My precious angels celebrated my return by decorating my room and have pampered me each day. They have carried my purse and my books and laptop to class or my car as I am not supposed to lift more than 2 lbs.

I resigned on Feb. 29th---Leap Day! I took a Leap of Faith and decided to create space in my life for something else to come in! I did not tell my kiddos----I wanted to wait until closer to the end of the year----Well I got my wish!

When I returned with only 7 days of school left, I decided it was not appropriate to walk in after my absence and tell them I was leaving.....So this is finals week and I am saying good-bye to each class. I am drying tears---theirs and mine!

Even my big ole high school boys are sad....One boy said he was getting sick to his stomach thinking about saying good-bye to me and went out in the hall to call his mom! They have written love notes all over my board!

So many times we leave situations in our lives without closure, and when we do, we miss the chance to feel the love that was shared and to know that love you felt and gave was real----that it was received and returned!

So many times, I think we wait to celebrate someone's contribution in our life until they are gone....So I challenge you----don't wait! Celebrate your love each day! Open your heart and give freely----Allow others to do the same to you!

Super MAN has entered the picture!

Beloveds,

Who knew that when I fell down and went boom---that I was actually manifesting being allowed to attend a healers and peace retreat! And that while there I would encounter Super MAN!

I took Mandy out of school so that we could venture to Wizard Wells, TX....

First let me explain---I am a single mother with a 10 year-old daughter. I have raised her by herself. Her biological father has never been in her life...and this has caused her to have a void in her life (and I have pretty much shut down my heart where men are concerned!)

Well, we were at the retreat and Super MAN~Daniel~entered the picture!

He carried Mandy on his shoulders when she got to tired on a 4 mile walk to try to find the lake. He took her to the hot tub. But most of all he talked to her and then listened to her! For the first time, I saw my daughter's face glow with the glow of being loved by a male...She would smile that dreamy smile and seemly float when Daniel called and texted her after we left that week-end.

Daniel is a powerful man in his mid-40s with no children of his own. He is a fire walker and taught us both to walk on glass that week-end. Daniel is not only powerful, but he knows how to love and value and support the Divine Feminine. (That walk symbolized for me a deep knowing that I can cautiously move forward in ALL areas of my life---including opening my heart!)

Daniel calls and listens to Mandy. These are not short conversations either. He is not in a rush to get off the call and the energy is not one of duty or obligation, but of real affection.

Mandy was going to a birthday party near his house and he and his girlfriend has prepared a goody bag to give to her. He made the hour drive to our house to eat dinner with us and play Wii. While he was here, he hoisted Mandy up to reach in the drain pipe where she had dropped her watch from the 2nd floor balcony!

Tonight Mandy cuddled up to me and said she was having that Daddy feeling with Daniel. I told her that Daniel was a gift from God so that she could know how it feels to have a man love her! She is at that age developmentally where she should be falling in love and wanting to marry her Daddy. Daniel is modeling to her how a boyfriend should one day treat her. He is giving her a standard of measurement by being interested, genuine and trustworthy....

Not only is Daniel healing Mandy's heart, but also mine! I am seeing that there is a man who can be giving, honest, trustworthy and committed! He is opening my heart too! See he is Super MAN!

I am blessed that Devi is secure enough in her relationship with Super MAN to allow him befriend us for we are truly blessed and my hope is that we can bless him right back!

What was I thinking?

Well let me kick off my first blog by saying that I am pecking this out with one hand! I fell down the flight of stairs at work a month ago and broke my wrist and a rib....Yes, a whole flight...Lucky I was not injured worse! I had to have surgery on my wrist and the dr. put a plate in it! Good golly...

People ask me how I managed to fall face first down a flight of stairs...A wonderful friend of mine told me that the angels said that they purposefully pulled the stairs out from under me to get my attention! I needed to learn how to welcome people into my life....be less independent and more interdependent! They wanted me to slow down and have reflection time!

Well...that is what happened for a month I have been laying around healing, thinking, healing and thinking!

I am presently wondering---what was I thinking? On Leap Day---I took a leap of faith and resigned from my teaching position effective at the end of the school year. I have 2 more months of income and then ---poof----nothing....I was following my intuition....My vibrational level no longer matches my work environment...I was led to find a way to live life more authentically who I am 24/7!

I live pay-check to pay-check....I receive no child support or anything else. I said after I resigned that I was either going to sprout wings and fly or fall flat on my face! Well, I have tried the fall flat on my face and I do not want to recreate this experience in my life!

I only have 9 more school days until school is out!
